Base Camp Tanzania - Base Camp Site LTD. is a member of the Tanzanian Association Of Tour Operators - we offer camping and lodge safaris to the worlds most famous wildlife reserves. Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Oldupai Gorge, Olduvai Gorge, Arusha National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, Ol Doinyo Lengai or the fabled spice Island of Zanzibar. Those are travel destinations in Tanzania / Africa for a safari or to climb one of the highest mountains (mountain hike).

- DAY BY DAY ITINERARY -
DAY 0.
• Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport - Collection via Base Camp and transfer to the Ilboru lodge ILBORU SAFARI LODGE.
 DAY 3.
• AM: In the Serengeti National Park we rise at dawn, taking a tip from the wildlife that use this time to hunt.
• PM: En-route to Ngorongoro Crater
• Tonight we lodge at 2.300m on the rim of the crater. It can be chilly! overnight in your choice of lodge. (See price table below)
  Zebras DAY 4.
• Ngorongoro Crater is a world heritage site!
• We spend the maximum of six hours allowed game driving in this the worlds largest Caldera (collapsed volcano)
• amongst the circa 30,000. resident animals.
• Late afternoon return to Arusha and overnight the ILBORU SAFARI LODGE.
DAY 1.
• Serengeti National Park is our destination today!
• the most famous of all wildlife sanctuarys in Africa!
• and home to the largest migration of wildlife in Africa.
• En-route we stop at Oldupai Gorge to visit the 'Cradle Of Mankind',
• We enter and Game Drive to and overnight in your choice of lodge. (See price table below)
 DAY 5.
• Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for those returning home.
• For those taking one of our Zanzibar or Mount Kilimanjaro / Mount Meru / OL Doinyo Lengai extensions, collection/transfer as described in tour description.
DAY 2.
• A full days sheer pleasure in the Serengeti National Park, game Driving with over 14.000. square kms to explore in our search for the best that nature has to offer!
• overnight in your choice of lodge. (See price table below)

• All Hotels are subject to availability. In the event of non-availability, hotels of a similar standard will be used. •

• Some Hotels and lodges charge a per person supplement of $30-$40 per night on 24.12.- 25.12.-31.12 and some Easter days. •
